    • Full Time, 40 hours per week
    • Working Schedule: 1 AM - 10 AM PHT, Tuesdays to Saturdays

     
    A US-based company primarily involved with physical, occupational, and speech therapy is looking for a Customer Service specialist to connect with therapists and link them with cases or patients. The role requires a strong attention to detail and a very outgoing personality.
     
    The Customer service specialist will be expected to complete the following tasks:

    • Answering phone calls and emails especially relating to new patients/cases
    • Intake of patient/case information
    • Reading and understanding medical records
    • Follow templates and protocol in inputting information of new patients/cases
    • Cross-referencing and checking address of new patient to nearest possible physical therapist registered with the company
    • Emailing linked-up information to patients and therapists

     
    Must Haves:

    • Strong attention to detail
    • 3-5 years experience in an office assistant or Customer service role.
    • Strong verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent
    • Outgoing personality
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel) and Google applications
    • Highly disciplined and organized but also skilled in multi-tasking
    • Creative and resourceful enough to make suggestions
    • Experience or familiarity with any electronic medical record system
    • Experience or familiarity with Ring Central or similar applications
    • Able to take and understand directions well

     
    Nice to have:

    • Medical background a big advantage (nurse/therapist/etc)

     
    Home Based Requirements:

    • Fast and reliable DSL internet connection of not less than 3mbps
    • Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
    • Updated computer (PC or laptop) and excellent quality microphone, and headset.

    Your role as an Administrative Assistant is both essential and highly value adding. You will be engaged in admin work employing a high level of accuracy and organizational skills. Not only that you will enter and manage data but will also act as a liaison officer for enquiries, tenants and contractors.

    Specifically, your duties and responsibilities will also include:

    • Calls Management
    • Scheduling of appointments, tenant viewings and inspections
    • Data management using tools such as InspectRealEstate and PropertyMe
    • Background checking of tenant applications
    • Preparation of leasing agreements and relevant documents
    • Managing tenant files, reports, reminders, promotions and notices
    • Finding and screening property maintenance contractors or Onsite staff
    • Travel bookings

     

    ABOUT YOU

    To be successful in this role, you will with have relevant experience within the Real Estate industry in a similar role. Experience in Property Management will also be regarded in this role. Your knowledge on using MS Office as well as property management CRMs and Systems will aid on your performance of the role’s daily duties. Your natural skills on learning new systems and software alongside your excellent communication skills will see you succeed in this role.
